It is possible. I've made a few. I've made a music one with its own custom-built soundtrack, a computers one and one about recording studios. Yes, I've made even more weird ones that I won't go into here. There is also a question diagnostics program in there called qsiags.exe. If you open that you can have it analyse your question sets to check if they will work.

I've never made my own set of question files so if this is possible I don't know, I'm just thinking in theory it looks like it would be possible. It would never hurt to try.
