So far, from what I read in the user's manual and through my first attempt at playing, you have to turn your screen reader off before playing. You move your ship left or right with the left and right arrow keys and stop where you want to shoot from. When the descending ship passes directly overhead, press the space bar to shoot. I suppose you can chase the ship across the screen and fire as well. I, too, will be interested in the findings of other players.
