His Email was as helpful as it could have been. If he does not know when the game will be ready, he cannot say when it will be ready. It's just that simple. Also, when he made announcements about the upcoming game, he did say that he would put the news out when there was news to be put out, so asking would not be productive. I, for one, have no problem with his answer. I thought it was very appropriate.
