Sure. All you do to save games is click the Save button when you're in a Safe location and follow the instructions. Then click Quit when you're done. Then when you want to continue the game, just log into your account later and you'll be on your main page. Your character(s) will be listed there along with a play link for Each. Once you click this link there are three buttons, Resume, Restart and Delete. Since you're wanting to continue a game, click Resume Current Game. If you log out of the game without actually Quitting, rather than just reloading a saved game, the game will tell you you have a game in progress and you'll be able to continue the game. Note that that only happens if you log out without actually quitting your game. Just don't click that Quit button without first saving, especially after you complete that really tough quest.
