Hi Phil, Good idea. I could have a three way setting such as below average, average, and above average such as:
U.S.S. Enterprise Sovereign-Class Battle Cruiser. Armourment: Above average. Shields: Above average. Speed: Average. U.S.S. Farragut Excelsior-Class Medium Cruiser. Armourment average. Shields: below average. Speed: below average. Is this along the lines of what you are looking for? I could even have an excelant setting for cases where speed or weapons is the best you can get. This sounds like areally good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
