---- Hi all First of all, I like treasure hunt a lot. Can anyone tell me if the developer still exist? How much does the game cost? Dear mods, I'm not intending to discuss any cracking of software on the list. I read on the audiogames.net website that self destruct is abandon ware. I didn't downloaded self destruct myself, a friend gave it to me. I'm not aware if self destruct can be downloaded via the audiogames.net website. When I press enter on the icon for self destruct on the web under programs, self destruct, I get a cannot find server page. When I installed it, I noticed it's a retail product because it asks for a key when I start the game. I didn't play the game at all before I made sure if its freeware, because I noticed that there is a keygen.exe file in the program files folder after I installed the game, which generates a product key and paste it to the clipboard. But when I read on the audiogames.net website that its abandon ware, I assume that I can play it. Can any one advise me is it legal to play abandon ware? Obviously, the genre tells you all, its abandoned so it can't be purchased. So if its legal to play abandon ware I have an error which I'd appreciate help with. I 've never played self destruct on hard or insane. I'm only on easy. I'll try to contact Jason of xl studios to see if he can help me but he takes a day or more to respond to mail, so I thought I could get help on the list. I've copied this error below. I get the error after I died in the fight with the urchin lord. When I die and I have lives left, when the game starts again when I'm in the grid, I still hear the music of the urchin lord battle together with the usual humming sound of the bomb in the grid. When I move my arrow keys around the grid I hear the step sound of the battle field of the urchin lord battle although I'm back in the grid and I hear the step sound when I move in the grid before I went to the urchin lord battle. Here's the error; any help is highly appreciated.. I know self destruct is not a popular game on this list, because when I tried to discuss self destruct on this list in the past there were people that said it's a stupid game, but at least if someone can direct me where the problem lies, it would help me a lot.
