Hi Nicol,
A couple of points here. I don't have any sounds that come close to the 
sound you are talking about. Second, I think you should be able to hear 
the boulder quite well in Montezuma's Revenge, and the effect is quite 
realistic sounding for a boulder.
In fact, I am wondering why you heard the boulder at all. It is in 
higher levels of the game. Not in temple 1. Are you talking about the 
sound descriptions? If so the reason you can't hear the boulder that 
well is I messed up on that wav file not the sound itself. In fact, the 
sound itself is quite loud. I tried to lower the boulder to match the 
voice volume and ended up making the boulder to low.
