Hi. I've been watching the chillingham discussion and just thought I'd share my experiences when trying to ask for support from bavisoft. Firstly, a little background information. I have a hearing difficulty, I use a hearing aid, I have no hearing in the right ear, and only limited hearing in the left, but my hearing is pretty good when I have the hearing aid in, or when I am wearing an earpiece attached to the computer using jfw/windoweyes or playing adventure games etc. I borrowed someone's copy of grizley gulch and tried to play it, only to find out that I wasn't able to play it properly because it required you to have the use of both ears. I explained this to bavisoft, and I didn't receive one response at all. That was well over a year ago. As first impressions go, it's not good business, I'm glad I didn't fork out the dough to buy it because I wouldn't have been able to play it. Sorry to come across a bit harsh. Apparently I hear it's the same with chillingham, you need the use of both ears.
