I worked with bavisoft when I got grizzly gultch. I used a internet over phone
service which is not there now...they'd personally research stuff for you, it
was pretty cool. Unfortunately they gave me the owner, Jeff, cell phone.
So I called him at home and he liked me enough he gave me a free copy.
So I felt they had good customer service. But their titles aren't spectacular.
