Hi Jen, As Phil has pointed out it was removed and may be back up in the future. Sorry about posting a web page without testing to see if the links worked. I tried all 3 of them and no go on any downloads. Sorry that I don't have the file to send to you. I don't have a copy but maybe someone does and can send it to you off list.
