Why is that off topic? Game discussion is what it's all about here, and your question would qualify as that. As for your question itself, I'm afraid I can't help you. Though I did play Descent into Madness it's ben a while, and in any case that's not a game I really enjoy. In my honest opinion I thought it was rather corny, especially the voice acting, not all of which can be easily understood. But if you go to www.AudioGames.net and browse the forum there, there should still be a thread that contains a complete walkthrough. I forget what the thread was called but I probably wouldn't have finished the game withot it. BTW, did you repair the elevator? You might need to do that in order to get to the downstairs hallway. As i recall you hear the numbes from a friend trapped in a room upstairs and enter them into the computer, either that or the combination yu want is in the library in the notebook.
