Hi guys!
After quite some trouble with my gmail account and pop3 access which have now
been sorted out, I'm back again! Really, I had to unsubscribe because you guys
have no idea how many posts come from here and how difficult it was to manage
using the awful web interface! I really missed the chat, but am really happy to
be back!
Anyway, here's some of my gaming news.
I've ordered Azabat Volume 4 and an Icube from the RNIB, am still waiting for
them in the post. I'll review and give feedback when I get them.
I've also found two other soccer management games which I've just registered
for and am testing. First
www.soccermanager.com
The second one is called Soccer Boss, the web address is quite complicated, so
just search for it. In Soccer Boss, I still haven't managed to join what they
call a "session", since, as a beginner, you can only join from session 11
onwards, but I somehow can't get the game to move from session 7.
Furthermore, a very exciting thing happened about which I'd like some advice.
I went to a disability exhibition, and on display there is a prototype of a
notetaker using Debian-based Linux with Speakup. What I'd like to know is, does
anyone know where I can find text-based games which work under Debian Linux?
Ari
