Radio Shack sells handheld slot machines.  All you need is a method of 
keeping your remaining total.  One that I have is a machine on which you can 
bet from 10 to 50 points in 10-point increments.  You can bet on the center 
horizontal row only, that plus the top horizontal row, those plus the bottom 
horizontal row, those plus the bottom left to top right diagonal row, or 
those plus the top left to bottom right diagonal.  It is fully accessable by 
sound.  When you reach a total of 0, you cannot bet any more until you reset 
the game to the 500 point starting total.  If you lose track of your total, 
you can reset it at any time to 500 and start over, or have someone look at 
the screen. If you don't play for a while, the machine shuts off, retaining 
your current total.  It operates on 1 tripple A battery.  Sighted people can 
turn the sound off.
