Hi, If your notebook soundcard supports them you can turn them on via the button on your system tray. I use Windows+b to jump to the system tray, arrow to sound effects, and after right clicking on the button, I go to properties and environment is the first page of the dialog. I can set the level of echo or mute the speakers, etc...
