Sky, two things here. First, messages of this type need to be private. In all honesty, no one cares when you receive your code. Whether it is one hour later or one week later, consider the time of year here and consider the fact that Liam processes this stuff by hand.
Second, If you are getting a laptop to play the game on tomorrow, Liam writing you will not make a difference since you need to give him a code specific to that laptop so he can generate the unlock code for you.
