Isn't 1,000 gigabytes the same as 1 terrabyte and the same as one trillion
bytes?
So how long do you think that it would take to read the entire three terrabytes
of the library of congress? <grin>
The News Groups robot that a friend set me up with has sure snarfed me many
many gigabytes of possible sound files for games etc. It really wouldn't
surprise me if I did fill up a terrabyte eventually. <grin>
