The Proving Grounds contests only occur from time to time. It isn't a constant thing. As far as I know there isn't a Proving Grounds event on at the moment or in the near future. I'm a Beta Tester for the game so I would have heard about it if a contest were in the works. It ain't pretty when the pretty leaves you with no place to go. J.D.
