Hi Anouk,

As far as I know everything you hear is also displayed on the screen,
but because it is written in Java using the Swing API screen readers
are unable to read it without the Java Access Bridge. The problem is
that Java access with Jaws and 64-bit Windows is broken so you won't
be able to use Jaws for braille output if you have a 64-bit OS.
However, if you have a 32-bit OS then Jaws, NVDA, etc should be able
to give you braille output just fine.

As to the SAPI voices the Gamebook just uses your default SAPI voice.
If you don't like the default voice such as Sam or Anna and you happen
to own a better one like Heather simply go into Windows control panel
and select your higher quality SAPI voice to be the default. Then, the
Gamebook will come up talking using that voice instead.

Cheers!
