there is a puppet nightmares forum, you might try creating an account there
and doing it that way. When I created mine there was no capture (yee gods
google should really! get a right royal kick up the rear for their so called
accessible audio captures the scumbags).
I don't believe however the forum had a similar problem.
If that doesn't work, you can find a form to contact the admin of puppet
nightmares on the front page of the game.
