Hello there
1st open your email and wile in your email press the jaws key and
the v key. That will bring u 2 the jaws quick settings 4 your email. press
the up and down arrows 2 navagat thru the settings. 2 make chainges 2 the
settings press the spacebar. When u are all done tab 2 ok and press enter.

I noticed the same thing with both jaws 11 and 13. I'm not sure there is a
fix for it, though it seems to have resolved itself on my machine.
