I've finally completed the new weapons guide for version 2.9. It
should be in a more user-friendly format now, and I've added some
extra information on strategy to the end. The download link is:

Note that if you end up getting an error, remove the ?dl from the
end of the link, and paste it into your browser. You should be
able to save a copy locally from there.
