I managed to get this to work in Safari. I don't know if it's because I installed the debugger flash player or not. I just chose "open with" from the contextual menu, then other, then Safari, and the keystrokes work. I imagine you could open the .swf file directly within Safari as well. You might be sure you have the Shockwave player installed, since this is a Shockwave file.
