generator but I don't want to purchase titles I already have or ones that
were free to begin with.

I agree as well. As someone who purchased copies of a couple of those
games, I don't like the fact that you have to buy the whole package. I
wish there was a system in place where you could just check the boxes
of the games and programs you wanted, and pay accordingly.
