Calling Zombies Run a game is misleading. Yeah.

It has some aspects where you have to upgrade certain stuff, but if
you're looking for a full on intera ctive fiction experience, it seems
you might be missing the point somewhat.

It's more of an ... oh my word, I can't believe I'm about to say this.
... I hate made up words like this ... it seems to be an Exernovel...
that's Exer-Novel or Exer-Drama, where the point is to exercise while
enjoying a related story that you can feel somewhat a part of.
Honestly, I sort of envy those who are able to go outside and run.
I've never risked it, running on an elyptical, but my wife told me
about how she felt running outside.

Actually, she related it to Swamp, because she was running along with
music, and she heard a big neighborhood dog barking. Now, she's
sighted, so she tells me ow weird it is to be running along, seeing
these real world places, hearing the story in her head, and this dog
barks, so she freaks out, thinking about Swamp, and just as she feels
safe, it starts a zombie chase. I think that she's getting a really
intense experience compared to me on an elyptical, but there's no way
to synchronize our runs and chases so we could run simultaneously.
With our luck, one of us would have a chase, and just as it stopped,
the other would have a chase, so we'd have to sprint for a half an
hour or a whole hour, depending.

I usually run for an hour and a quarter at least, when I can, and I
haven't finished season one yet, because I'm not as good about running
when I should as I ought to be, but I love the game.

I'm looking forward to seeing what happens to Able Township.
