Hi Alfredo, Doubt it. Copyright law is pretty much universal and most countries support each other on the issue of intellectual copyrights. Those that don't are looked down upon by the greater business community, and even if someone did take over the project illegally we would have to support Justin's policy since that is the legal course of action here in the USA.
