Try completely uninstalling the old and installing the new from a fresh
download? That usually works. In the process, after uninstalling the old
one, make sure the folder is also gone. HTH.

Subject: [Audyssey] the play room
Hi all, I decided after a long time to go up to the play room. It
prompted me for an update. Even when I uninstalled it and, installed the
new set up and try to long in. It still prompts me. If I hit yes or, no
it sounds like it's logging me in 3 times or something.
