The problem is that newer versions of Internet Explorer 9 and 10 have added security and prevent the game from running. I don't recall off the top of my head what setting or settings need to be changed, but the issue has to do with Internet Explorer rather than Windows 7 or having a 32-bit or 64-bit OS. Cheers!
