yes there is i host a server which is
josephweakland.no-ip.org
i have max players set to 8 though. if necessary i could make it 9 or 10. i
have DSL so i have no clue how much bandwith it takes when people get on.
its up from approximately 8:00 am or so cst till 9:00 pm cst unless bad
weather in West Chicago IL or i have to go out.
