HI, The first thing you can try is to run the bat file as administrator. Right click on it and select run as administrator.
If that does not work. Then read the readme file and it will explain step by step how to manually do what the bat file was supposed to do. Give that a try. If it still fails write back or drop Aprone a message directly. But seeing as he is quite busy you might get an answer here faster. good luck.
