Just want to say that I never think of audio/MP3 file tutorial material for
any form of programming/scripting as the best source for this type of info,
since you do sometimes need/want to review the content of any examples
character by character, so not really the best idea to listen to someone
else just talking about it, so, yes, something like a CHM help file would
most likely be a better idea.

If you mean mp3 file there is a copy of the BGT manual in mp3 format,
but I don't know of a step by step tutorial in mp3 format that can
teach you all you need to know given that programming is part know-how
and part experience.
