Hi Michael, Do you Mean Microsoft Anna?? If so when was the last time you remember it working?
The reason I ask is if you can remember the last time it was working you may be able to fix the problem by running a Restore Point and roll back to an earlier restore point which may or may not fix the problem. The only other option here is to insert your Windows 7 DVD in your drive and have it repair your installation of SAPI. Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't offer a download of the SAPI 5.4 voices and components separately so its tricky to fix it if and when it gets broken. Of course, now that I remember it the delusrlex.exe program on Jim Kitchen's site also might resolve the problem too.
