Personally, I wouldn't mind pre-ordering the game, so that I can start wandering around Hogwarts as soon as humanly possible. But then again, I suppose if the game requires a product code unique to your computer to generate a registration key, it might not be worth the effort, especially if greator bug generation might be a risk.
As to the download size, one of the nice things about a university net connection is the download speed. I don't think 170 Megs will even take two minutes, ---- would that set a record for the largest audiogame? Beware the grue!
