I'd be interested in knowing that myself. The only thing I can say is that everything I've read highly recommends using a Bluetooth keyboard with whatever client you eventually choose. Please do pass on any info you collect, though. The only other MUDing app I know of is the tmc app. My sighted wife uses that, but I haven't tried it. I do know that it's free tho, so trying it is pretty risk free. Good luck.
