Try

you can hit the application key on the title of the file and select save as
and it will save the file into a .mp3 file. Just use goldwave or whatever
to convert it to .wav or .ogg.

I'm wondering if there are any particularly good sources where I could
find decent free gunshot/explosion/missile etc sounds. If not, could
anybody refer me to some purchasable libraries that focus on those types
