I believe Fast Scrolling is what Dark and I were referring to as far as automatic scrolling. I have it unchecked on my copy of Winfrotz and it works pretty well. Now, I can't help with getting NVDA to automatically read the screen when the text changes, but I usually route the review cursor to the bottom of the screen and use numpad-7 a few times to get to where the new text starts and use numpad-9 to read the text. I guess it all depends on how much work you want to put into reviewing the screen, but I don't personally have any serious issues with Winfrotz and NVDA. Cheers!
