Hi Leo, I do know for a fact that Railracer will run on Windows 7. I suspect the problem is you are missing a .NET component or dependency for the game.
First, though, which version of Railracer is this. Is this Railracer 1.6 or the new Railracer 2? If it is Railracer 1.x you need to get and install Managed DirectX for .NET if you have not already done so. Without it you will get nowhere with the game. Second, what exactly is the error message. We can not help you debug the problem if you simply assume everyone knows what error you are referring to. I can tell you that we don't, and that kind of information is vital to any sort of resolution of the problem. Cheers!
