I haven't played the game in quite a while, but as I recall, if you line things up absolutely perfectly, you can actually knock out at least one of the prison bots (I'm thinking the one near the elevator and the one at the terminal) without getting hit. My strategy was to first head for the guy by the elevator. If you can't here the robot it won't shoot you, so if you're quick you can use side steps to make sure that you're aimed right at it before you walk into its range. Then all you have to do is shoot. For the bot by the computer, if I remember rightly he's standing right in front of the door. Open it, shoot once, and hammer your walk backwards button. If its done right, he'll be chasing you through the door, which lines him up perfectly for your follow-up shot.
This is a bit of a rambling post, but hopefully it gives you some
pointers. It should be noted though that this is coming from a person who can't
get past the second level either, heh.

Subject: [Audyssey] Technoshock

Hi All,

I am currently playing technoshock, but I can't get to storey 2, the prison
guard and the other bots hurt me too much. Anyone got any tips or spoilers?

Lindsay Cowell.
