Well darren, it would depend if the Tv got live broardcasts, which is the criteria for a license. it's actually pretty silly, you can watch something on bbc I player, but as long as you don't watch it the second it's being broardcast you don't need a license.

To be honest though i watch so littel actual tv anyway it wouldn't matter.

Lots of films and series on dvd, but not much tv at all, whether online, on tv or whatever, though discussing quality of tv programs is likely getting Ot for this list (particularly sinse I'll inevitably start on abut Doctor who and how I want to brutally murder steven mophat for brutally murdering my favourite series :D.
