There's also the post arrived email you can get from the list via options.

However, you should know that GMail doesn't always return your original message wen sending to lists like Audyssey so if you never got your original message back that is why. It probably ended up automatically getting redirected to the Trash rather than your Inbox folder by GMail. That is why sending test messages like this to the list are often times unreliable. A better way is to check the list archives after sending a post to see if it shows up there as well as in your Inbox. Cheers!
