Hi Steven, No, GMA does not have an automatic key replacement or order system. What happens when you order a game is it sends a message to GMA Sales and it gets processed usually within two or three days. Sometimes slightly longer if David Greenwood is busy. So if you order Tank Commander or any game from GMA don't expect a product key to just show up in your inbox 10 minutes later, because GMA does not have an automatic key replacement and licensing system.
