As I remember you first need to select the grenade, then single tap to throw
it, though it's been a while sinse I played sixth sense so I could be wrong.
All the best,
Dark.

Subject: [Audyssey] Deploying grenade in Sixth Sense zombie Game for iOS?
Hi, all,
I can't seem to activate the grenade. I've tried using the same
finger-motion as shooting the gun, but it just clicks. I've been playing
the game for quite awhile, but wanted to try decking the boss zombie with
the grenade.
Thanks,
Teresa
On the other hand, there are different fingers.
