Hi Jeremy, Well, Risk is definitely one of the games I'd like to do eventually. There are, however, a couple of problems with me doing so which I'll mention below.
The first is time. These days I am so busy I can't even complete the projects I have been paid to do such as Raceway and MOTA so I couldn't justify taking a new project like this at this time. Although, as someone who enjoyed playing Risk in the past it is something I too would love to see in an accessible audio game format. Second, is I would need a copy of the manual and mission cards. I had such a Risk game around here somewhere, but have no idea where the board game is. I believe my ex wife took it along with a bunch of other stuff when she moved out six months ago so I would probably have to buy a new copy and have someone sighted read off everything for me to accurately reproduce the game. If you have such a manual in text as well as the cards I would appreciate it if you could send me a copy of them. The final issue is there are now many different variations of Risk which may need to be considered. As you may or may not know Hasbro has released a number of TV and movie based spin-offs such as Transformers Risk, Star Wars Risk, etc which would be interesting to develop in tandem with the classic Risk game.
