Hi,

I'm getting my new 64-bit machine in a couple days, which will have Windows 7 Professional installed (rubs hands in eager anticipation). While I'm looking forward to working with a new, at least to me, version of Windows, one thing I'm wondering about is where I should install games like those from Jim Kitchen. As I understand it, there are two "Program Files" folders when you have a 64-bit system. Can someone tell me which one I should install games to, or does it really matter? Do you have to use the Compatibility Wizard for the games to work, or are they usable regardless?

Also, on a slightly different note, I've had an odd issue with Smugglers 5 running under Windows XP. The game works fine, but I've noticed that when I quit, the dinging noise you hear if you press a wrong key appears to be disabled until the computer is restarted. It's a minor thing, I know, but I like to have all my system sounds working. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this issue when playing the game under Windows 7?

Thanks.

Yours Sincerely,
Kelly John Sapergia
