Hi nicol.
The game center isn't actually where you get games, you get those in the ap
store. What the games center is for is recording your scores and
achievements and of having mutual friends that you can cooperate or play
games with, once you ahve some games then you will find the game center
useful.
As to accessible games for the Iphone generally well there are actually
quite a lot indeed I primarily bought my own Iphone (I have the original
Iphone 5), just to play games on.
If you visit http://www.applevis.com// you will find several games, others
have entries on the database at www.audiogames.net or the fantastic games
list over at www.pcsgames.net.
for getting used to the phoneand the touch screen, well there's nothing
better than playing games! :D. There is actually even a game that will let
you practice voice over gestures, the looktel voice over tutorial. Go and
search for looktel voice over tutorial in the ap store and you should find
it.
To give you and idea, there is everything from tradditional card games like
king's corner, to more unique cardgames like lost cities, interactive story
text games like those from chooseyourstory, full on rpgs like king of dragon
pass, solara or A dark room, to full scale audio adventure games like
inquisitor or codename cygnas, audio action arcade titles like zany touch,
blindfold racer, or 6th sense, or full scale major audio first person action
horror games such as papasangre and the other games from somethinelse, it
all depends upon what sort of thing your interested in.
Hth.
All the best,
Dark.
