I have put a new file up on my web site.
File name: winpres4.exe File size 2.4 meg.
In version 4 of Press Your Luck you can adjust the volume of the wheel
independently of the other sounds and speech.
The winpres4.exe file can be found on my free windows sapi5 text to speech
