Is it possible for us to play Dota?
It's good game but just wonder is there any way to play it using any of
screen readers.

Ah, now you describe it it does sound familiar and I believe some of my
friends at my rp group have played it.
I will say I don't feel the lack of that as much as other games, me being
much more a single player exploration bod than a team player.
