Hi Ishan, Not sure why you should be confused. As far as I am aware there is only one Soundworks making accessible games such as Ultra Power, and I think they have something else in the works. Plus they have the downloads to all their older games they developed when they were still MTG Studios. Nothing confusing about it. Same company different name.
