Shaun, Sigh....Yes, Montezuma's Return is old, but as I said in a prior message age has absolutely nothing to do with it. Just because something is old does not make it legal to pirate, crack, and pass around the game.
The only reason I myself am not worried about it is because the game is abandoned and I have no plans to profit from it, and can't due to copyright issues. Therefore its no skin of my back if people hack and crack it. Otherwise I'd be pretty upset.
