Hi Shaun, Yes, there are copyrights in place, but I have read the Raven Software and Activision license agreement for Voyager Elite Force, and there might be some room to actually do this game in accessible format as long as the accessible version was free. The only catch 22 is the license agreement states it has to work with the original product which simply isn't possible, and this would have to be discussed with Activision. I am thinking about contacting Activision about this, but here is a section talking about adding expantions and mods for VEF.
• You agree that, as a condition to your using the Program Utilities, you will not use or allow third parties to use the Program Utilities and the New Game Materials created by you for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, renting, leasing, licensing, distributing, or otherwise transferring the ownership of such New Game Materials, whether on a stand alone basis or packaged in combination with the New Game Materials created by others, through any and all distribution channels, including, without limitation, retail sales and on-line electronic distribution.
