no. you end up back at 0, and you need to start again. the dev has stated it's kinda like using the money from the sale to buy your new land. how ever, the thing i don't like about this, is what if i have a huge amount of money. that would not all go to land costs. but never the less, that's how it works rite now. there is no withdrawing it. dallas
